Ashton's opened its doors to the motorcycling public on February 4th 2005 after 2 years of planning and searching for the right shop and location.

They quit their jobs in Marketing and IT Support to start a new venture that would (hopefully) be more rewarding and less hectic than life in London.

Originally a motor mechanic, Dean and is obsessed by all things bike related and usually has a couple of projects on the go. After spending so much time in other people's shops they thought his tinkering habit would be easier to fund if they opened their own shop!  Jan is a self confessed 'shopaholic' and her vast experience as a consumer has helped give the shop a more friendly 'high street' feel rather than the male orientated bike shop of old.

In keeping with current biking trends, Ashton's stock a large range of ladies clothing in textile and leather, as well as children's clothing and helmets for 6-12 year olds.

Stock is kept up to date and fresh by watching the market and listening to customers comments and suggestions. If you cannot find what you are looking for, they will do their best to find it or at least point you in the right direction...
