Delivery Information
1) Postage costs are based on the weight of the item and packaging. Flat items can be sent Royal Mail for £3.75 most other items by courier are £4.99 and heavy or bulky items £9.99 up to 10kg. Postage is free over £99.99 for British mainland. Offshore carriage is £15 (free over £150) and Europe £30.
2) You are responsible for all postage costs unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. For returned items we suggest you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for lost post. Please include a receipt if we are refunding postage cost.
3) All parcels will require a signature so please make sure you chose a delivery address where someone will be at home (or at work). Small items can be posted through a letterbox if specifically requested when ordering. Please leave any special delivery requirements (i.e. leave with neighbour etc) in the box provided at checkout.
4) Approximate turnaround is 3-7 working days for items in stock. Items not in stock will take a couple of days longer as we have to get them in from the distributor. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Feel free to call or email to check availability. We do not despatch or deliver on a Saturday.
5) For your security we will only deliver to the address where the card is registered.
6) Please contact us if your location is not in the shipping dropdown at checkout. If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland you may be liable for further import duties or taxes, this is your responsibly so please check first.
